Doctor Listings and Verification

Doctoralia provides a directory of healthcare professionals who have registered on our Platform. While we take reasonable steps to verify the credentials and qualifications of listed professionals, Doctoralia does not guarantee, warrant, or take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by individual healthcare professionals on their profiles.

What Doctoralia Verifies

  • Basic professional identity and credentials submitted at the time of registration
  • Medical specialty category declarations for directory listing purposes
  • Contact information and clinic or practice location where provided

Important Limitations

Doctoralia does not act as an employer of, or agent for, any healthcare professional listed on the Platform. The relationship formed through a booking is directly between the patient and the healthcare professional. Doctoralia is not a party to that relationship and accepts no liability for the professional conduct, treatment decisions, or outcomes of any healthcare professional listed on the Platform.

Patient Responsibility: Patients are encouraged to independently verify a healthcare professional's credentials, license, and suitability before proceeding with any consultation or treatment. You may verify medical licenses through the relevant national or regional medical regulatory authority in your country.

Patient Reviews

Doctoralia allows patients to submit reviews and ratings for healthcare professionals following verified appointments. By submitting a review, you confirm that your review is based on a genuine personal experience, is truthful and fair, and does not contain defamatory, offensive, or misleading content. Doctoralia reserves the right to remove any review that violates these standards or our community guidelines.

Appointments and Booking Services

Doctoralia provides online appointment scheduling tools that allow users to request and book appointments with healthcare professionals. While we facilitate the booking process, the appointment itself is a direct arrangement between the user and the healthcare professional.
